DBS forward-swept compressor technology operates at a relatively low speed, but still has many of the benefits of a centrifugal compressor, such as oil-free compression, reliable operation, simple low cost design, low noise and vibration. The forward-swept compressor is the enabling technology for products such as Fuel Cell Air Management System and Electric Supercharging for engine downsizing.
